Take A Vet Fishing on Lake Minnetonka

All participants must have a current Minnesota fishing license. Each individual is responsible for obtaining their own license prior to the event.

Guides: Boats may launch from any public launch on Lake Minnetonka. Please note that some launch sites may charge a fee depending on the location you choose. You are welcome to launch anywhere on the lake, but we do ask that you transport your Veteran(s) with you. Guides are also responsible for providing their own bait.

Check-in: 6:45am for all Veterans and Guides. You must check-in with a TAVF team member.

Breakfast: 7:30am

Honor Ceremony: Immediately following breakfast

Fishing Time: 9:00am

Hotel Information: A hotel stay is available for all Veterans traveling more than 60 miles to attend this event. This stay covers Friday night only (the night before the event). Please remember that you will need to check out before heading to the lake on Saturday morning. Our event runs into the afternoon, and the hotel will require all personal items to be removed from the rooms before that time.
