Take a Vet Fishing on Mille Lacs Lake

“Fred Knudsen” Guided Event

All participants must have a current Minnesota fishing license. You are required to provide your own fishing license.

Guides: You may launch anywhere on the lake but we ask that you transport your Veteran(s) with you. Guides are responsible for providing their own bait. 

On Saturday, August 10th, all Veterans and Guides are to report outside the Event Center onsite at McQuoids Inn at 6:15am for check-in. This is where you will meet for boat assignments and ensure you have everyone in your group accounted for. 

Check-in, Lunch, and the Honor Ceremony will be held at:

Check-in: 6:15am (for all Veterans and Guides)

Fishing Time: 6:45-11:15am

Socialize in the Cedar Room: 11:30am is the time for family members to join (only open to those who registered through the website). The Cedar room is located behind the hotel in a separate building.

Color Guard, National Anthem and Prayer: 12pm

Lunch: 12:15pm

Honor Ceremony: 1pm

Raffles: 2pm

Conclusion: 2:15pm
